Prior to providing services and billing your insurance provider, we will verify your insurance and treatments. Any co-pays will be due at the time of service, and our team members are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding expenses for your treatments. Our financial coordinators are here to help explain your benefits and out-of-pocket expenses prior to services being performed, and can do so in a private setting so there are no surprises.
Any fees and explanations of services are only estimates through your dental insurance benefits. None of our financial coordinators are officers of any dental insurance benefit provider. For a full explanation of benefits you should refer to your dental insurance benefit provider.

We don’t work for an insurance company; we work 100% for our patients.
Most insurance companies provide great benefits for our patients, and we will do everything we can to maximize your benefits. However, the fees we charge and the treatment plan we recommend are specifically designed for your individual needs and never based on your insurance coverage.
Not using insurance?
For patients without dental insurance, we offer a membership discount up to 15%. We’re also proud to offer all former members of the military and senior citizens a 10% discount on our services.
